Dear colleagues in the USA,

There is a growing collection of systematic reviews relevant to podiatry available through the Cochrane Library. However, people accessing the Library from the states other than Wyoming do not have access to full texts.

Can someone in a state other than Wyoming please jump onto the Cochrane Library http://www.thecochranelibrary.com and type ‘foot’ into the search field (top right quadrant of screen). Please click on the ‘Record’ link under the review title. Can you at least access the abstract of the review?

Please note, people from some countries other than the USA have national provision access to full texts. Please only respond to this email if you are in the USA but not in Wyoming.
