1. Use the 'manage attachments' below (after you have hot 'new message' or 'reply') - the imae will be an attachemnt to the message.

or

2. Put the picture up on a website or image server service and hot link to it using the BB codes. Right click on the image and click properties - that will give you the URL of the image
The code to put in the message here will be:

Important - replace the { with [ and replace the URL with the one for your image.
