need opinion from the forum regarding,

48 years old male with open ankle injury subsequently infected and
end up in tibio talar fusion 8 years back. now came with severe pain while walking and swelling around the ankle.

clinical and radiological examination revealed sub talar and mid tarsal arthritis.
my plan is to go for subtalar fusion and talo navicular and calcanio cubiod fusion.
    awaiting ct report.

    any suggestion

    Hi Suresh:
Aside from the fingerprint on the medial plantar tubercle, I don't see much else going on. I think he'll do well with your triple. The tibtalar fusion looks a bit plantarflexed, which is OK but probably putting even more demand on the Talonavicular.

    Good luck.
