Clearly, no-one has a clue what this post is getting at (May 2017!!). Neither do I. Any more luck marketing to 'snowflakes'? I suggest the thread be deleted by 'NewsBot'.

Its a link to an article on marketing to millennial's. What is wrong with that? Why would we want to delete it for?

My 12 year old understood the article. It’s premise is that to market to the millennials 18-34 year-olds) you need to reach them online as that is where the majority (1/3 of the USA population) spend their time. Millennials are not thrifty and like to spend money on high quality products and services. I recommend you read the article again for more details, or have a 12 year old read it and explain it to you.

Not all Millennials are ‘snowflakes’ either. Instead of judging people, you should focus on getting yourself sorted out and focus on treating all patients with the same care and respect.

I actually work for the owners of Vitals.com and they show in 2014 about 25% of people looked up their potential doctor online. Last year, that number jumped to about 75%. Many more people are using the internet not only to find a doctor, but to research them once referred. Word of mouth is great, but most people are taking advice these days with a grain of salt and then doing their own research.
