The headrest was purchased to multiuse the chair for massages while we waited for the massage chair to arrive. It was used 2-3 times so it is virtually brand new. I am confident it fits many models of the berchtold chairs but ours was specifically the berchtold callisto 331 chair. These head rest are no longer available. It was purchased for $480+GST. Selling for $400 (GST free).
