I am a Certified Pedorthist in the Northern Virginia area. I own a running store as well and have enjoyed reading a few of the posts in the Biomechanics forum. We sell traditional running shoes as well as a few of the "minimal" and "zero drop" shoes so learning the current thinking about this is very important to me.

We serve a number of people with plantar fasciitis, so reading and learning about that is also a top priority. I was just at the Pedorthic Footcare Association annual symposium in Little Rock earlier this month and listened to a lecturer describe his latest treatments for Plantar Fasciitis that was so contrary to what I've been taught. It was thought provoking at the very least.
Thanks in advance for all the education and insights.
