Seen a few of these recently - some with not wholly satisfying results. I am seeking to find a better way to help in addition to orthoses. Assuming the non-congenital form of a plantar flexed first ray, what are the causes? Are there multiple factors? Is it all just related to soft tissue tension, if so from where specifically does the issue stem?
Many thanks in advance.
Regard,
Ryan Farras
