My son has spastic cerebral palsy which has caused his feet to become deformed. His big toe is pulled under his other toes which has caused his big toe bone to protrude. Looks like a bad bunion. I would like information about possibly straitening this out. I think what needs to be done would be similar to bunion surgery. Anyone know of a physician in Dallas that would be able to do this? He dose a pivot transfer so we need to continue to have him bare weight. It's painful to wear any shoes. We usually put crocs or slippers. I can post a picture if needed.
    Thanks!
