    Hi,

I'm in search of the best lab in Aussie that makes best EVA - accommodative orthotics for my patient with midfoot destruction and ongoing diabetic foot ulcer. Any recommendation?

    Thank you!

Pretty much any lab can do it provided you get the negative model and the prescription right.

CadCam do all their orthotics in EVA: http://www.cadcamorthotics.com.au

The bigger issue might be getting a shoe that will fit the shape of the TCO and foot. So often l see a once great TCO that has had the essentials ground away to fit the shoe.

Including the planta profile, a mainstream shoe has heel pitch that may effect the pressure under the foot, especially a mid foot collapse and now fused foot?
This is a mid foot relasted shoe

Thank you all, yes I do agree that shoe is a bigger problem here. My clinic is based in Malaysia and shoes here are often not well designed eventhough they're custom made, or they're too expensive that most patients can't afford.

My mom uses a pair of shoes from freeworldaustralia.com which makes her comfortable. I think it's a new brand, but it helps her walk properly.
