    Hello fellow foot people,

Has anyone here had experience as a clinical supervisor?
I've recently been looking at a local position that's opened, and was really quite excited about it, but the criteria seems to imply that you need a degree in education on top of podiatry(+clinical experience).

Is this an industry standard? I understand that a post-grad would be required for lecturing positions, but would rather not have to do an entire education degree in order to move into being a clinical supervisor (especially when there are far more interesting and applicable post grads to work towards).

Thanks in advance for any advice or guidance :)
Further info: The job role is in Australia, and I've been working full time for over 6 years as a podiatrist, including as senior podiatrist to new-grads and work experience kids.
