we are having quite no of congenital vertical talus feet in our institution.
now i have started doing plaster correction of a child.
started in a 15 days old child. reduction of talo navicular done by pushing the talar head dorsally and fore foot in to equinus.
please guide me, any protocol is there for correction. reverse ponsetti method?
