    I was under the impression after listening / reading physio/podiatry/sports science podcasts/ blogs that static stretching had NO beneficial outcomes at all.
    Any guidance appreciated, mark

    They just made that sentence up. It does not make any difference.
     
  3. The rule AFAIK is if you static stretch already keep doing, if you don't, don't
