Were do I start looking for names or treatment option

looks like hyperkeratosis, We have a few patients we see regularly. We usually see them at 6 weekly intervals for debridement . I've tried a few different options such as 10% salacylic acid in a parafin suspension for a home topical treamtment for the patient but to be honest I find regular debridement more effective.

 

Its one of the many hereditary keratodermas
Not much that an be done except keep debriding regularly
