    Not active walks the dog most mornings for 30mins, slow
    Has had the pattern for years even in his 20's use to cut out with pocket knife, his children with a fork.
    80 years of different shoes no change in pattern, non painful,

    Were do I start looking for names or treatment option

    looks like hyperkeratosis, We have a few patients we see regularly. We usually see them at 6 weekly intervals for debridement . I've tried a few different options such as 10% salacylic acid in a parafin suspension for a home topical treamtment for the patient but to be honest I find regular debridement more effective.
