    Patient presents, been cutting corns out for years
    Male 82 years old, Born in England, lived near ? mine, played at the mine when a child, barefoot
    Lives in the tropical Climate for 40 plus years, worked as project manager heaps of stress
    Has had heart condition
    1969 hypertension
    2000 Coronary Angiography and Stent
    that's all
    Not active walks the dog most mornings for 30mins, slow
    Has had the pattern for years even in his 20's use to cut out with pocket knife, his children with a fork.
    80 years of different shoes no change in pattern, non painful,

    Were do I start looking for names or treatment option

    looks like hyperkeratosis, We have a few patients we see regularly. We usually see them at 6 weekly intervals for debridement . I've tried a few different options such as 10% salacylic acid in a parafin suspension for a home topical treamtment for the patient but to be honest I find regular debridement more effective.
