    If you read the article it has also taken in to account amortisation.

    A lot of people that dont understand business, only count the time of labour and the value of material as a cost.

    The machine takes up capital at a cost, takes up space at a cost, requires maintenance at a cost and so on.

    " The computation of machine cost per year was estimated through cost of
    depreciation of machine per year. The maintenance cost per year was added with the 10% of the total cost of the machine.
    For the machine the depreciation cost was assumed for 5 years."
