    Has anyone else suffered ulnar nerve impingement. I found it aweful, scary and a stop and smell the roses moment!:craig:

    Ooh I had that once, I changed my practice and concentrated on biomech and surgery - which pretty much solved it for me - still get the odd tweak but I'm sure if i had continued general practice it would be bad by now!

    Lorraine, hi, I have the numbness / tingling in the L/5th and medial side of 4th. I have it now whilst typing, two hours after arising. Don't think mine's occupational though, its onset coincided with my last 'canadian crutch' episode (2 months use). Good luck in the future, mark c

    Thanks Mark,
    I was wondering that because I have been using the computer more(laptop) and wondered if it had anything to do with the way I was resting my arm on the table.
    I have since seen an osteopath who was awesome. Scary stuff she noticed reduced blood flow to my hand in certain positions. It is so much better after seeing her.
