    Without precision support, this individual is very prone to a re-occurrence. If this individual had been wearing proper fitting orthotics, from about the age of ten yo, it might have been possible to prevent this latest condition, because a PT tendon dysfunction is secondary damage to functional biomechanics and use or overuse.

    It takes decades to sometimes come to the surface, which is why in my mind, preventative therapy would be ideal for any upright person.
