    Hello,

    Just wondering if anyone knows whether polio affects the vascular supply of the affected limb - I had a patient recently who had one leg affected by polio and had a reduced (0.5) ABI on that foot. Wondering what the etiology/cause of that is - whether it is the disease process or he just happened to have atherosclerosis in that particular leg.
