    I don't think the abstract gives us enough information on the design of the study, etc to be able to evaluate it.

    Did group a) have the corn enucleated removed before the electrosurgery?

    Before the six month review how many treatments were carried out on each corn?
    What does treated with electrosurgery mean? What depth of tissue was removed?
    Who decided and how was it decided that there was no change or partical resolution?
