    Patient loyalty can take years to build up but can be torn down within a couple of bad appointment experiences for your patients. Maybe that's an exaggertion but it makes sense. People do talk within the community and I guess we have to realise we are dealing with a base who are offered a lot of choice. If someone is not happy with you they just don't make another appointment. It's the nature of the game.
    I might start following the suggestion to ask a client why they left they're previous podiatrist so as not to commit the same mistakes.
