    I don't know if it's a problem of someone else but I think that for podiatrist not "made in usa" these things could slow down the possibilities to comunicate facts and opinion.:empathy:

    so to begin:

    MCC:medial column correction...what is?how is made?Which is its action?

    extended Kirby:..what is?how is made?Which is its action?is this simply a longer medial/lateral skive??

    I suggest you make friends with a number of orthotics laboratories and ask them for some in put. Yes all this terminology is very confusing.
