  2. OK, lets read between the "piezo-electrical" bull**** and look at what this guy is doing. He's using post-isometric relaxation to stretch the toe flexors. I guess if you stretch the toe flexors without stretching the plantar-fascia (it's inert and non-contractile), then you should be able to remove some of the influence of the toe-flexors stiffness when you are trying to stretch the plantar fascia. Makes sense to me (not the BS, the PNF techniques he's using)
