Hi There,

I have conditional offers from both Glasgow Caledonian and Queen Margaret Universities to study podiatry this september. However, I am unable to choose which one to study at. I was wondering if any podiatrists and current students have had experience from either of these universities and help me come to a decision.

Go to their websites: look up the staff that belong to the two courses, and read their CV's. Now make a judgement.

 

Hi there I did my podiatry training at QMU in Edinburgh,The tutors were all very good and will give you as much help and support as they possibly can I was a mature student and loved every minuet of my training.I hpe you enjoy your training no matter where you decide to go. Good luck,

I completed a course at GCU last year including clinical sessions at the Southern General pod dept.
I can only say the course was enjoyable with knowledgeable friendly staff and modern surroundings. All the students I saw and spoke to seemed happy and enjoying the course.

Hi,
I went to QMU and enjoyed it, but I think it may be the same everywhere - some staff are great, some are.. not so great.. Its what you put in that counts, if you "geek it" you'll do well where ever you go! Good Luck!
