Any suggestions as to going daily rate for hiring a room in a dental clinic/GP practice? I'm rural (remote? MM6/7) Austraila. One place leases the building from the local council and are currently not using the clinic at all. The other place is upstairs! with a GP but good chair. So neither are ideal but best I can get here. No reception support and they have cunningly left the opening negotiations to me...
