Last month I was diagnosed with Haguland desformity. According to my orthopedic I caught it pretty early so there is no "evident" bump on my left heel. However, there is tenderness on the back of the left heel, and when I apply pressure on the area it hurts. I started taking anti-inflammatory drugs and some anti-inflammatory cream+ started doing some calf exercises. I also done 4 treatment of shook wave therapy + ultra...
