Hello all,

I have been a member for around 3.5 years but have never posted... in fact, sometimes i feel a bit daunted about posting in case i get a grilling!! anyway, I have been qualified since July 12, and am building my work in private practice as there are no NHS roles in my area!

I wanted to pick peoples brains really... does anyone use or know if you can use emla cream prior to debridement of a neurovascular corn? I cannot find anything to say either way in the BNF nor emla directly. I see it is used for debridement of vascular ulcers, so i cannot see a reason why, but wanted to find out.
