Hello to all and i am new Gil

    neuropathy for a long time under the toes on that pad . Now it is a little on my food and worse on my heel and one heel is worse. When I get up in the mornings barefoot , i can Barley. walk after socks and shoes it is a lot better and I try to walk 30 min a day and my left heel hurts however it gets better after I have walked for a while? Any help about what to do would be appreciated . I don't even know what type doctor , Foot Doctor or neurologist. Gil
