hi I just wandered if anyone can help me. I am running twice a week and have been for the past 5 weeks as I'm marathon training and only reached 9 miles so far but it's becoming increasingly hard to carry on training due to a pain that keeps on coming and going although now it's hurting even walking. It's just above my right ankle bone on the inside of my leg and spreads a little up the leg I have rested it for weeks only for it to return. I have iced it and taken ibuprofen. I have tried...
