I am new to this site, discovered it by chance, to my utter pleasure. I was searching for ankle brachial pressure index, pre and post exercise, and I was greeted with lots of relevant pages!! Thanks to all your endeavors. Hope that I will also be useful henceforth. I am a doctor based in Calcutta, India. My webpage is at: http://www.physiology-physics.blogspot.com/
    Catch you later.

    Hello Ray,
Nice to hear from you. I'll answer your question first.
In India, after someone passes his MBBS, he is entitled to practice any field of medicine of his choice. From gynaecology to surgery to pediatrics. After one completes his PG in a certain field he becomes a specialist. I am, by this definition, a generalist. After finishing PG in physiolgy, you may call me a physiologist. Till then I am uncommitted; a stem cell!
Please tell me about yours. Take care.
    Bye for now
