    Hi all,
I'm toying with a few ideas about my future at the moment - one idea is to sell my practice and go and work for the NHS. But not sure how I would sell my practice. It is based in a clinic where we share a reception area and I pay a percentage of my takings to the clinic owner. I am the only Pod and the patient list is mine.

Anybody any ideas how to go about it?

    Regards

    P.

    hi

normally you base it on your yearly earnings and then you base your price i think about 25 percent eg earnings 20000 you ask 5000. because your only selling a list and goodwill it does not mean your patients will attend to see someone different.

    Thanks Chris,
So would that be 25% of turnover plus my equipment?

    Hi all,
It would appear that the whole practice is closing so - I no longer have a business to sell - anybody any ideas on where my equipment would be best advertised for sale?

    Regards

    Thanks Ian,
I think you may be right, ebay does seem to be the way to reach the widest audience!
