How can the report be valid if they haven't asked the HPC registrants what they all think? After all we are the ones paying for this so called 'commendable' service. Leaves a very nasty taste in the mouth!
While I do not want to be the one that defends the HPC, but could it be that they did not ask us as we are not the "customer", in that they do not provide services to us and are therefore not accountable to us?
William,
As members of the public registrants are all potential customers. I am sure that many of us have had to use the services of other podiatrists, physiotherapists and different HPC registrants. This puts us in the position of patient, provider and also referrer. Surely the opinions of those with this unique qualification are more than valid, they are essential.
