Hi all,

Four months ago, I received an ingrown toenail surgery (phenol matrixectomy) on the right side of my left toe.

Now the nail has grown back with very thick layer near the bottom right (please see picture in the title link), and there is a dull pain/pressure associated with it. There is no puss. You can see the original burn mark in the picture, too.

What is going on? What are my options?
