    Washington Redskins wide receiver Pierre Garcon has been hampered all season with debilitating pain in his toes. After many weeks of sitting on the bench, it was finally disclosed that he had "joint capsulitis" in his 2nd MPJ and yesterday, they disclosed that he has a slight lateral plantar plate tear. Rest is prescribed, and they think he may be able to resume playing in 4 weeks.

    I know people heal at different rates, but is 4 weeks a realistic recovery time to resume playing at full speed?
