Hi all,



Just wanna seek advice on a case I saw recently where the subject complained of pain in the location of the lateral longitudinal arch. Pain is elicited upon palpation along the arch and upon flexing his toes, specifically his 5th digit. He has been doing an increase in running recently. I'm thinking that there is injury caused to the flexor digitii minimi brevis. Can anyone advise me on whether my diagnosis is correct, how injury to the lateral arch is caused (not very common?) and the management techniques.
