Does anyone have experience using either or both low level laser therapy and LED (near infra red) therapy on diabetic foot ulcers? Any other conditions that you used it on? Any idea if it's advisable to shine any LED light (8 LED head lamp at R40 from china mall, for instance) on a diabetic wound three times a week (for home treatment) in a country like South Africa where resources are fairly limited? Or perhaps good old sun shine for 10 seconds twice a week...any research available on sun radiation in limited doses on diabetic wounds?
Regret nothing, :butcher:
