Hi was just wondering whether anyone has carried any research on limb length and what they found to be the best gold standard? Also if anyone knows of any relevant journals which measures lld in other ways and what they think the best approach was to measure it.

Any help would be appreciated :)

I have only done research on why lifts should be done a certain way and presented a paper on that topic in 2009. Is this the area you are focusing on?

heyy.. no im not focussing on the heel lifts aspect just wanted to generally know what statistical tests are available or whether anyone has carried out any tests on limb length using a tape measure and how reliable it is..

Here's one (which took 15 seconds to find on google scholar):

I'm sure you'll find many many more if you do a proper literature search

  6. Funny thing this question has been by rabzash at my count 4 times on different threads over the last couple of weeks. Ive also provided a couple of papers with a 30 second search.
