Hi. I suffered a severe Lisfranc injury of my left foot in 2013. I fractured the 1st and 4th TMT joints and crushed the 2nd and 3rd. I had ORIF with 2 diamond-shaped plates and 4 screws for fusion of the crushed joints and a pin was inserted from the medial aspect of my foot going through the fracture of the 1st joint.

Fast-forward 3 years and my pin was removed but a plate with 4 screws was inserted over the 3rd metatarsal bones because they had fallen. Needless to say I have a lot of...
