Locum position...

This position is to commence as soon as possible. Private practice currently consulting from Deniliquin Hospital NSW two days with potential to expand as there is a high demand for podiatry services in this area. This will be a 6 to 12 month position.

The podiatrist will be able to independently and confidently provide a broad spectrum of care in areas of diabetes, biomechanics, nail surgery, sports injuries, wounds, general podiatry care & private referrals for Orthopedic footwear/ aides. The practice undertakes bulk billing with the Medicare Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) initiative and DVA administrative duties (i.e. Medical Footwear Prescriptions etc).

Work mainly carried out in consulting rooms, occasional home visits required to Navarina (Nursing Home) directly opposite the Hospital. Fully equipped for performing orthotic modifications.

Time will be allowed for professional development activities.
Remuneration will be negotiated upon experience.

The podiatrist be registered with AHPRA Podiatry Board of Austrlia.
