It started a couple of months ago. At first I thought it was my shoes. But it was every pair of shoes I own. So then I thought it was my orthodics. But it happened even without my orthodics in the shoes. Now I can even hear my left foot squeaking when I walk, with every step, when I'm not wearing shoes!

It only happens when I'm walking or going down stairs. The squeaking happens with just about every step I take now. It sounds like it's coming from my heal/ankle on both feet, but...
