I have a pt who has been suffering from IGTN both hallucinations for a long time . I am considering PNA and R possible TNA
She normal requires prophylactic antibiotics for dental treatment.
I believe would be the same if she has Nail avulsion with phenol
However healing with phenol is very slow
How long should she be on prophylactic antibiotics for ?
I will contact her cardiologist for his opinion and help in decision making
I am wondering if risks out weight the benefits and best would be to refer her for a wingrad ( which has a much rapid healing rate ) but higher regrowth rate , I believe
