I am planning to open up a private practise in Birmingham. I have saved enough money from working for Shuropody. My question is will I need a premises license to practise in an indoor retail park in the city of Birmingham?
I have found out that the general rule is chiropodist need a 'massage and special treatment' license to practise in a particular premises. This can be seen on the government license finder website. However I have contacted SCP and they said in some councils you need a license and in some you don't.
Thank you
