    Hi Guys,

Just wondering if anyone has experience with any paediatric OTC orthoses and what their experiences have been with them?

Also can anyone recommend any good brands or steer me away from not so good ones.

    Kind Regards

    Sam Randall

I use a product called FLEXIFLY, but they are supplied to patients on prescription only so I can not comment on their effectivenes. The fact that the referrals continue indicates their reliability at least. They are made from Polyprop and thery are made in the USA (Miami, Florida by a company called RCOC Telephone (305) 649 8700.

    Cheers

There are a variety of German made pediatric devices distributed in the US through Euro International. All have a reasonable fit and may be further manipulated by the fitter. Variances in stiffness are provided through different densities in EVA crepe, polyethylene shells, or glass fibers. We've been pleased with the cost/effectiveness ratio we get from them, especially since our greatest population use comes from Medicaid patients.
