8 months ago I felt it when I hurt it at the gym on a TRX machine but kept going.
A nurse practitioner tugged an pushed on it and said there was no way it was broken again.
I guess Covid and my stubbornness has prevented me from seeing a podiatrist. I wore a boot for about 2 weeks straight and iced it. Then I wore a brace for 2 weeks. Did strengthening stuff. Now I have better shoes with wide heel but whenever I wear anything else it hurts. Cant...
