    For a while I've had slight discomfort at the base of the 5th metatarsal on my left foot. Basically the big bone just past your little toe going toward your heel. It's never anything I really paid attention to. Just kind of there. Today I noticed that it has become painful to walk on. I noticed a little bit of discomfort when I press on it with my fingers, but mostly when I walk. Is it possible to have a bunion on this side as opposed to on the side of the big toe? Anybody have any clue what...
