    Have a patient who has had pins and needles and joint pain in MPJ?S and heel pain in both feet,this came on very fast while walking
    There is no trama
    Other wise patient is in good health and is 55 years old ,
    The biomechanics of the feet are fine , pulses are good
    Blood tests for diabetes , b12 and bones have come back fine
    They is a sight reduction in kidney function
    Patient has been put on pregabalin which has helped the nerve pain,
    Never came across this before
    Can any one help

    Look at biased slump and SLR tests. Could be radicular pain but always good to also get checked out for more serious things - saddle numbness, incontinence motor function loss etc

    Also, I would suggest that if you are presenting a patient on here as seeking advice, perhaps a more thorough and structured presentation will yield better results. ie more info, better able to help tie down a diagnosis
