    nope. its an old saying about looking for the obvious diagnosis first.
    when you hear hoof beats, you should think of horses first --> is go for the most obvious diagnosis first
    if that does not work, you then think of zebras --> a less obvious diagnosis

    the case above is even less obvious than zebras -> think of unicorns
