Patient 60 years old was diagnosed with Plantar Heel Spur by X-rays. The pain was getting worse so she had a corticosteroid injection and the pain was gone. After 6 months the pain came back , she had Physiotherapy Extracorporeal shockwave therapy but the pain got even worse and the patient could not walk. Then the patient had another steroid injection but still nothing has changed.
    Any suggestions?

Heel spurs are a natural finding. Probably not a problem.
