This is a fantastic opportunity for a podiatrist wishing to extend their skills into the public health domain. Based in Rockhampton, the successful applicant will work within a well established multi-disciplinary Foot Protection Team which includes Senior Podiatrists, Wound Care Nurse, Allied Health Assistant, Occupational Therapist with associated Dietician and Diabetes Educator.

Whilst the provision of high risk foot care will be the priority for the position, there will be opportunity to deliver clinical services across the spectrum of Podiatric care including medical grade footwear prescription, podopaediatrics and biomechanics. Outreach service provision will be expected and there may be the requirement for overnight accommodation in some communities.

Salary range: $2 190.00 - $3 029.80 per fortnight
