dear all
13 years old male with valgus deformity of the ankle due to post traumatic injury to the lateral half of distal tibial physis..h/o injury 5 years back.
he has prominent medial malleolus, with x ray shows that growth arrest
of lateral half of distal tibial physis.
how and when to correct the deformity?
