Hi, I was told a few years ago I was over pronate which means i was walking / running on the inside of my feet and my arches had collapsed (in my 50's with multiply rugby / leg injuries over the yrs so can understand) so have been wearing innersoles to support my arches and seem to work fine.

Recently I noticed my work shoes and trainers have severally worn on the outer edge (heel and ball of foot areas) which, after looking it up I am Supinator. I am trying to buy a new pair of Asics...
